Every tower site watched, without a truck roll.
Tower sites, exchanges, and data rooms are mostly unmanned. Camnitive watches them on the cameras already installed. It flags intrusion, theft of fuel, batteries, and generators, and missing crew PPE. The same platform measures queues in your stores.

In telecom
What goes wrong today.
Thousands of sites, nobody on them
Tower compounds and shelters sit unmanned for weeks; intrusion and theft are found on the next visit, not when they happen.
Theft costs more than what was taken
A stolen battery bank or drained generator takes a site down, and the outage, the truck roll, and the claim all follow.
Alarm panels cry wolf
Door contacts and motion sensors page the NOC for wind, animals, and scheduled crews alike, so real alerts get lost.
Detect · Step 1 of 4
What the cameras watch for.
FloFrame at the site or a nearby hub, outbound-only on port 443, keeps working through link outages and syncs when they end.

Sealed evidence
Varenmoor Power & Utilities
Demo footage, annotated the way FloFrame does. Each card appears as its alert is raised.
Unmanned-site intrusion
People and vehicles inside the compound outside scheduled visits, double-checked before anyone is paged.
Cabinet & shelter access
Entry to shelters, cabinets, and data rooms logged against visit windows, with sealed clips.
Fuel, battery & generator theft
Unauthorized presence near fuel tanks, batteries, and generators after hours, with evidence.
Climber & field-crew PPE
Hard hats and vests checked at the compound gate and tower base before work starts.
Vehicles on site
Vehicle entries, dwell, and speed inside compounds and exchange yards, logged per site.
Retail store queues
Queue length and wait times in your stores, so staffing follows demand.
Rules
Rules you would run.
Written in plain words, run on site, checked by a vision model before anyone is alerted.

Measure · Step 2 of 4
Every alert becomes a number you manage.
What FloFusion measures for Telecom, per zone, per site and over time.
PPE compliance by zone
Hard hats and hi-vis inside each hazardous zone, per shift.
Lift-zone entries
People inside a rigged lift zone, and for how long.
Lone-worker time
Time people spend alone in remote or restricted areas.

What a pilot sets out to move
- from intrusion to NOC alert
- Minutes
- typical pilot target, double-checked first
- fewer avoidable truck rolls
- 30–50%
- typical pilot target: check the site remotely first
- evidence for every theft claim
- Sealed
- pilot target: hashed and logged on capture
Pilot targets agreed with you up front, not past results.

Comply · Step 3 of 4
Proof that holds up with auditors.
The rules that apply to Telecom, scored continuously from camera evidence, with a signed record anyone can verify.
NIS2 Directive
Essential and important entities must secure their network and information systems (including OT and camera networks), with incident reporting duties.
EU AI Act
AI used for workplace monitoring and safety is high-risk: you must run risk management, keep event logs, maintain technical documentation, and guarantee human oversight and accuracy monitoring.
UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018
Video of identifiable people is personal data: you need a lawful basis, transparency, data minimisation and retention limits, and a DPIA before systematic monitoring of staff.
ICO guidance on monitoring workers
Monitoring must be necessary, proportionate and open: tell workers what you monitor and why, consult them, choose the least intrusive means, and avoid covert monitoring.
Improve · Step 4 of 4
What to change next.
The process map shows when and where crews take the most risk.
Cordon hoist work into a window
Schedule lifts when the pump hall is clear, with a marked keep-out zone.
A PPE check at the yard gate
Catch missing hi-vis before crews reach the breaker bays.
Examples of what a pilot’s process map points to.

Getting started
A pilot on the cameras you own.
Prove intrusion, access, and theft alerts across a cluster of unmanned sites. Add queue measurement in a few stores.
Scope
- Tower compounds and rooftop sites (fence lines, gates, and shelters)
- Exchanges and data rooms (cabinet and room access against visit windows)
- Fuel tanks, battery cabinets, and generators (after-hours presence)
- Two or three retail stores (queue length and wait times)
We configure
- Plain-English rules per site type, with visit windows and silent hours
- Vision-language double-check on every intrusion alert before it reaches the NOC
- Routing to your NOC, field operations, and security, through Teams, Slack, ServiceNow, or webhooks
- FloFrame at the site or at a nearby hub; outbound-only on port 443, buffering through link outages
You walk away with
- Intrusion and theft alerts per site per week, and the share confirmed on review
- Time from a site event to NOC acknowledgement
- Truck rolls avoided by checking a site remotely first
- Store wait times against your service target
Questions
Telecom: common questions.
Our sites are unmanned and spread out. Where does the processing run?
On a FloFrame box (an x86 server with an NVIDIA GPU) at the site or a nearby hub. Footage stays local; alerts and evidence go up over outbound HTTPS on port 443, and wait on the device if the link drops.
Link to this questionHow do you avoid paging the NOC for every fox, shadow, or passing car?
Rules fire only in the zones and hours you set, with minimum dwell times. A vision-language model checks each alert first, so the NOC sees fewer, better alerts.
Link to this questionCan you tell a scheduled maintenance visit from an intrusion?
Rules follow visit windows, and alerts carry people and vehicle counts. Camnitive does not identify anyone; it tells you someone is on site outside the window, with the clip.
Link to this questionDoes it help with fuel and battery theft claims?
Yes. Each alert is sealed on the device and verified on arrival, so you can show when the clip was recorded and that it has not changed. Bystanders are blurred on the copies you share.
Link to this questionCan the same platform cover our retail stores?
Yes. Store cameras measure queues and wait times, and Insights compares stores side by side, in the same FloFusion organisation as your network sites.
Link to this questionDo we need new cameras?
No. Camnitive works with RTSP and ONVIF cameras, including the ones already on your masts and shelters. A site survey confirms coverage.
Link to this questionSee it on your own cameras.
A demo on footage from an operation like yours, then a pilot on the cameras you own.
