Important: These Terms apply to use of the Site and Website Services. Use of CamEdge, CamCore, and any paid or trial services is governed by separate customer agreements (e.g., a Master Subscription Agreement, Order Form, or similar).

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, and software, is owned by Camnitive or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the Site content.
You may view and print pages from the Site for internal business evaluation and non-commercial use, provided you keep all notices intact.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Camnitive does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content is accurate or complete.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CAMNITIVE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
IN NO EVENT WILL CAMNITIVE’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SITE EXCEED USD $100.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Camnitive and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.
