EU AI Act
AI used for workplace monitoring and safety is high-risk: you must run risk management, keep event logs, maintain technical documentation, and guarantee human oversight and accuracy monitoring.
UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018
Video of identifiable people is personal data: you need a lawful basis, transparency, data minimisation and retention limits, and a DPIA before systematic monitoring of staff.
ICO guidance on monitoring workers
Monitoring must be necessary, proportionate and open: tell workers what you monitor and why, consult them, choose the least intrusive means, and avoid covert monitoring.
OSH Act general duty clause
Employers must keep the workplace free of recognised hazards likely to cause death or serious harm, on top of OSHA standards such as those for powered industrial trucks.
CCPA, as amended by the CPRA
Businesses above the thresholds must give notice at collection, limit use to the stated purposes, disclose retention and honour access and deletion requests, for employees as well as customers.

Can it run entirely on our own infrastructure?
Yes. FloFrame runs on site, and FloFusion can be deployed privately in your own cloud or data centre. FloFrame only connects out to FloFusion, so nothing needs to reach the public internet.

Evidence is sealed on the device and checked when it arrives. Score snapshots are signed and hash-chained, so any change breaks the chain. Auditor links carry records, not video.

No. Camnitive detects people, vehicles and PPE; it does not use face recognition or biometrics. Bystanders are blurred on evidence copies.

Yes. Camnitive has SOC 2 Type I and SOC 2 Type II reports, is ISO/IEC 27001 certified and has completed an independent penetration test. We also share our architecture and data flows for your own review and accreditation. Ask us for the reports.
