Process map planner

Where does your operation lose time, and what would you change?

Start from the usual flow in your industry, make it yours, and pick what happens at each step. The map shows what the cameras would measure there.

Your industry

Starts you from the usual flow in logistics & warehousing. Your own steps are kept if you change it.

Your flow

4 to 7 steps, in the order the work moves. Rename them, put them in order, and pick what happens at each.

Changes a pilot typically finds

  1. Separate the walking and driving routes at Inbound docks

Where people and vehicles come close, a marked crossing, a barrier or a vehicle-only time window usually removes most near misses.

  2. Re-time arrivals at Staging

When the waits cluster in a few hours, moving bookings, batches or deliveries into the quieter hours shortens them.

  3. Open capacity before the peak at Packing

Queue length by hour shows when to open another till, gate or lane, before the queue forms rather than after.
